During the 2023 Liberal National Convention, elections will be held for the National Board and the National Executive of each Commission.
The LPC National Board of Directors is a group of dedicated volunteers supporting the Liberal Party’s vital democratic engagement work with our supporters and Registered Liberals across Canada to ensure that we continue growing an open, inclusive, and innovative political movement.
The LPC National Board is responsible for implementing a range of programs to support local teams and volunteers across the country. The board also carries out policy consultation and development, as well as hosts conventions and other special events. If you are interested in getting more involved in the Liberal Party of Canada, sign up to volunteer!
The four commissions are the Indigenous Peoples’ Commission, the Women’s Commission, the Seniors’ Commission, and the Young Liberals. Commissions add vitality and diverse perspectives to the Liberal Party and provide a forum for engagement and representation of a demographic group of Registered Liberals.
Applications are now closed to stand as a candidate for election to the LPC National Board or a National Commission Executive.
